高混凝土面板坝止水塑性填料施工设备研制与工程应用

摘　　要：针对在高混凝土面板坝表面止水塑性填料施工中存在的施工质量不稳定和效率低等问题研制了大型台车式塑性填料挤出机。本文论述了大型台车式挤出机的组成、技术性能及特点。工程实践表明:采用大型台车式挤出机进行高混凝土面板坝塑性止水填料的施工,不仅保证了施工质量、改善了施工人员的工作条件,而且提高了施工效率。In order to solve the problem of construction quality instability and low efficiency in construction of sealing filler in high CFRD surface,a large trolley-type plastic filler extruder has been developed.This article discussed the large trolley-type plastic filler extruder composition,technical performance and characteristics.Engineering practice shows that the use of a large trolley-type plastic filler extruder filling with plastic filler not only ensures the construction quality,improve the working conditions of construction,but also greatly increases construction efficiency.
