摘 要:水锤是影响长距离压力输水工程安全运行的一个重要因素,针对长距离输水工程特点,采用水锤计算的特征线法,对某煤矸石电厂供水工程的水锤防护措施进行了分析。提出了水泵出口两阶段关闭蝶阀,空气阀组和活塞阀水锤防护措施,优化了蝶阀和活塞阀的关阀过程和空气阀组进、排气过流面积。结果表明:采用提出的水锤防护措施能有效的免除工程停泵水锤。Water hammer is an important factor for the safety operation of long distance pressurized water transfer pipeline projects.According to the features of the project,the paper analyzed the control and protection measures for water hammer in the water supply project of a coal gangue fired power plant with the characteristic line method.It proposed the protective measures of control and protection of water hammer by using two-stage closing butterfly valve at pump outlet,air valve sets and plunger valves,also optimized the closing procedure of butterfly valve or plunger valves,and flow areas of air inlet and outlet of the air valve sets.As a result,the water hammer can be effectively relieved by using the proposed preventive measures.
