校企合作模式初探——以重庆文理学院体育学院与永川美康美容医院合作为例

摘　　要：重庆文理学院体育学院与永川美康美容医院通过实习就业、人才培养、师资共享、科技攻关和合营实体等模式开展校企产学研合作,既有利于重庆文理学院体育学院增强面向社会需求办学的理念,提高学生的实践能力、综合素质、就业竞争力和市场适应力,也有利于永川美康美容医院积极参与重庆文理学院体育学院实验室、科研团队的共建、共享,建立人才基地,开拓新的服务,占据市场主动。School of Physical Education of Chongqing University of Arts and Science and Mei Kang Beauty Medical hospital of Yongchuan launch the cooperation through employment,internships,personnel training,teacher sharing,technology research and joint venture entities and other modes,which are helpful for enhancing school of Physical Education of Chongqing University of Arts and Science＇s ideas of education for the social needs,improving students＇ practical ability,the overall quality of employment,competitiveness and market adaptability,and also helpful for participating the co-construction of the laboratorg and scientific researches＇ groups of school of Physical Education of CUAS and sharing the talent base,developing new services,and occupying market initiative.
