摘　　要：辅导员队伍作为高校学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,其队伍建设必然影响人才培养的具体实施与最终结果,应在构建科学化模式、推动职业化发展等方面加大辅导员队伍建设力度,优化结构与合理配备是加强辅导员队伍建设的关键环节。Given their leading role in ideological and political education,team construction of college counselors necessarily affects the cultivation of talents.This paper urges universities to strengthen counselors＇ professionalism with scientific patterns,optimized structure and reasonable equipment.
