摘　　要：壳聚糖具有调节水生动物肠道微生物、增强机体免疫能力、提高抗病能力、促进生长等生理作用。文章综述了壳聚糖对水生动物生长和免疫机能影响的研究进展。Chitosan has a few physiological function on aquatic animals, such as regulating the intestinal bacteria, enhancing body immunity and disease resistance and promoting growth.This paper summaried research progress on effect of gowth performance and immune function by chitosan in aquatic animals.
