微细粒石英脉型金矿浮选试验研究

摘　　要：针对某含金量3.05 g/t的微细粒石英脉型金矿,在矿石性质研究的基础上,通过条件试验研究了磨矿细度、调整剂和捕收剂等对该金矿浮选的影响,确定了各个条件的最佳工艺参数;通过一次粗选四次精选两次扫选的浮选闭路试验,获得了金品位45.95 g/t、金回收率85.08%的金精矿,较好地实现了金的高效浮选回收。On the basis of the property research of gold ore with the content of 3.05 g/t,the effect and the optimized parameters of the grinding fineness,adjusters,and collectors on the flotation of micro-fine quartz vein type gold ore were studied by conditional experiments;the gold concentrate with 45.95 g/t gold content and 85.08% gold recovery was achieved through one-roughing,four-cleaning and two-scavenging flowsheet,which represented high efficiency of gold recovery.
