摘　　要：学术期刊的学术功能是其命脉所在,但在市场经济条件下,我国学术期刊的学术功能却面临着挑战,必须为此寻找出路。学术期刊实现其学术功能的路径,主要体现在稿件的取舍、编辑队伍的优化、期刊的管理与评价等方面。The academic functions are the life lines of academic journals but they are now facing serious difficulties under the circumstance of market economy.So it is necessary to find some solutions,including the acceptance and rejection of articles,the optimization of editorial staff,the management and valuation of journals and so on.All these factors shall be considered in a comprehensive way.
