摘 要:针对资源运营理论缺乏实用性信息平台支持导致难以有效指导企业实践的问题,在分析企业与外部资源提供者构成的资源运营网络基础上,提出平台设计成败关键在于能否满足用户企业对在平台上获取所需资源时深入可视性与便利可得性的需求,确立了平台研发目的和相应原则,分析了可实施资源运营理论的新型网络平台的应具备功能,论证了网格和代理技术对本平台的适用性,构建了平台系统架构并设计了平台的业务流程。最后,借助一个资源运营网络平台的建设实例对研究结论加以论证。Aiming at Resources Operation Theory lacking of modern information technology to instruct enterprise practice efficiently, we argue that the successful key factor of platform is weather platform could satisfy the deep visibility and convenient obtainable required by firms when they integrate resources through the net based on analyzing the resources operation net which made up by enterprise and outer resource supplier. This paper presents the purpose and the principals of resources operation platform and analyzes the function of the platform. The adaptability of Agent-Grid tech is demonstrated and the system structure is built and the platform working processes is also designed. Finally, an empirical case is presented to verify the validity of our research outcome.
