摘　　要：通过工艺改进、工艺验证及小批试生产,逐步实现了潮模砂批量生产湿地履带板,取代了手工水玻璃砂生产湿地履带板,提高了产品质量,缩短了供货周期。Through process improvement,process validation and small-batch trial production,the mass wetlands creeper tread were highly produced using green sand replacing water glass sand,which improved the quality of casting and shortened the delivery time.
