摘　　要：以自动售票机滚动轴上的垫圈为例分析薄材料零件冲裁与普通冲裁的区别,从产品的应用特点出发,合理地对该模具进行了选择和设计。为以后此类零件的生产提供相应的理论依据。In this article,taking the washer on rolling axis of automatic machine as an example,the difference between punching and ordinary punching are analyzed.Starting from application features,the mould is selected and designed reasonably,which can provide theoretical basis for the subsequent production of these parts.
