摘　　要：针对灯泡贯流式水轮发电机滑环电刷装置运行中多次出现电刷磨损严重、过热及烧毁情况,影响到机组安全等问题,对4台机组滑环电刷装置运行异常的现象和原因进行了描述和分析,并介绍了处理过程及方法,通过改善电刷装置运行状况,提高了设备安全可靠性,总结了灯泡贯流式水轮发电机电刷装置的安装运行维护经验。In operation of the slip ring and brush equipment in bulb tubular water turbogenerator appearing excessive wear,excessive heat and burnt several times,the abnormal running of the slip ring and brush equipment of 4 generator sets,which affecting the safety of running machine is described and analyzed,and the treatment process and method are introduced.By improving the running condition of brush equipment,the safe reliability is increased,and the installation and maintenance experience of the slip ring and brush equipment of bulb tubular water turbogenerator are summarized.
