稳可信鞘内注射治疗开颅术后颅内感染12例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨开颅术后颅内感染的治疗方法。方法本组12例开颅术后颅内感染的病例均采用腰穿鞘内注射稳可信的方法治疗,腰穿鞘内注射5～8次,平均6.2次。结果 12例术后颅内感染的病例感染均得到控制并最终治愈。结论腰穿鞘内注射稳可信是治疗开颅术后颅内感染的一种安全有效的方法。Objective to study the treatment of postoperative pyogenic meningitis, Methods 12 cases of postoperative pyogenic meningitis patients were treated by intrathecal injection of Vanconcin, 5-8 times per case, 6.2 times in average. Results The 12 cases of postoperative pyogenic meningitis patient were all cured after the in-trathecal injection treatment. Conclusion Intrathecal injection of Vanconcin is an effective and safe method for treatment of postoperative pyogenic meningitis.
