复发性自然流产妇女外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞水平的表达

摘　　要：目的:分析复发性自然流产(RSA)妇女外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达的变化。方法:选择2009年10月～2010年7月住院确诊的RSA育龄期妇女21例(RSA组),入选对象均接受了外周血调节性T细胞(CD4+、CD25+、Treg和CD4+、CD25+、Foxp3+Treg)和辅助性T细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)检测,并与20例同期住院正常妊娠产妇(正常妊娠组)及20例未孕育龄妇女(对照组)测试结果比较。结果:调节性T细胞比较中,RSA组血清CD4+、CD25+、Treg和CD4+、CD25+、Foxp3+Treg水平明显低于正常妊娠组及对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);辅助性T细胞比较中,RSA组和正常妊娠组血清CD4+/CD8+表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而CD8+表达水平则显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:RSA患者存在明确的外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞异常表达。Objective：To analyze the changes of expression levels of regulatory T cells and helper T cells in peripheral blood of women with recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）. Methods：21 women of child bearing age diagnosed as RSA definitely（RSA group） in the hospital from October 2009 to July 2010 were selected,all the women received regulatory T cells（CD4＋,CD25＋,Treg and CD4＋,CD25＋,Foxp3＋Treg） detection and helper T cells（CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋） detection in peripheral blood,then the results were compared with those of 20 normal pregnant women（normal pregnancy group） in the hospital at the same period and 20 unpregnant women（control group） of child bearing age. Results：Among regulatory T cells,the expression levels of CD4＋,CD25＋ Treg and CD4＋,CD25＋,Foxp3＋ Treg in serum of RSA group were significantly lower than those of normal pregnancy group and control group（P0.05 or P0.01）;among helper T cells,the ratios of CD4＋/CD8＋ in serum of RSA group and normal pregnancy group were significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）,but the expression levels of CD8＋ in serum of RSA group and normal pregnancy group were significantly lower than that of control group（P0.05 or P0.01）. Conclusion：The abnormal expressions of regulatory T cells and helper T cells in peripheral blood of patients with RSA exist obviously.
