摘　　要：通过研究乌将线的CTC系统建设现状及开通CTC功能受制约因素,介绍了该线由原CTC平台倒切至新CTC系统平台(具备TDMS4.0功能)的方案,重点探讨了倒切、试验、开通等关键问题。By studying CTC construction situation and restriction ,put forward the method of switching from original CTC platform to new system platform with TDMS4.0 function.Some solutions are introduced with focuses on key problems, such as switching、testing and operation.
