摘 要:采用磁絮凝方法处理城市溢流雨水,以自制的絮凝剂PSFS和磁种为原料做絮凝试验,研究了磁场、絮凝剂投加量、磁种投加量、废水pH等参数对絮凝效果的影响。实验结果表明,磁场可以改变絮凝剂的理化性质,增强絮凝剂的净水效果。通过实验确定了最佳实验条件,在场强为8 000 Gs,磁种投加量为200 mg/L,絮凝剂投加量为4 mL/L,废水pH值为6的条件下,对模拟溢流雨水中的TSS、浊度、COD、TP和NH3-N的去除率分别为98.4%,98.6%,63.9%,93.2%和36.6%。磁絮凝技术运行操作简单且具有启动快、处理负荷高和耐水力冲击的优点,可推广应用于多雨城市溢流污染控制中。Municipal rainwater overflow is treated by magnetic flocculation.The parameters such as magnetic field,the dosage of flocculation and magnetic particle,pH value are investigated.It could been seen that in magnetic field,the physico-chemical property of flocculation is modified and the effect of treatment is strengthened.The optimum technological parameters are determined as follows:magnetic density 8 000 Gs,PSFS=4 mL/L,pH=6,dosage of magnetic particle 150 mg/L and the removal rate of TSS,turbidity,COD,TP and NH3-N was up to 98.4%,98.6%,63.9,93.2% and 36.6% respectively.The technology of magnetic coagulation has many advantages,such as quick start-up,high treating capacity,hydraulic shockresistant,so it can be used to control the rainwater overflow pollution effectively in those rainy cities.
