摘  要:采用分子设计的方法,以不饱和二元酸、饱和二元酸和二元醇为原料,经逐步缩聚合成不同双键数目的羟端基不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)齐聚物;UPR、聚乙二醇(PEG)与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)经逐步加聚合成不饱和聚酯聚氨酯(UPPU)预聚物;以苯乙烯为活性稀释剂、过氧化甲乙酮为引发剂、UPPU与颜填料复配制备无溶剂常温固化型不饱和聚酯聚氨酯涂料。研究了影响UPR聚合反应的工艺条件和UPPU预聚物的结构、活性稀释剂、常温引发剂对涂料性能的影响;结果表明合成UPR的起始反应温度150℃,分子链中的平均双键数3.3个;合成UPPU时TDI用量11%,且当PEG-400用量15%,苯乙烯用量35%~40%,引发剂用量1.0%,促进剂用量0.2%时,有效的改善了涂层的韧性和综合机械性能。Solventless air-curing unsaturated polyester polyurethane coating was synthesized by the method of molecular design.Hydroxyl-terminated unsaturated polyester oligomer(UPR) of different number of double bonds was first obtained by the phase polycondensation of unsaturated binary acid,saturated dicarboxylic acid and glycol.Then unsaturated polyester polyurethane(UPPU) prepolymer was synthesized by the addition polymerization of UPR,Polyethylene glycol(PEG) and Toluene discarnate(TDI).Last solvent-less air-curing unsaturated polyester polyurethane coating was prepared with the styrene as reactive diluent,methyl ketone peroxide as initiator.The effects of synthesis conditions of UPR,structure of UPPU,reactive diluents,initiator on properties of coating was discussed and the experimental results indicated that the coating was excellent when the start synthetic temperature was 150℃,average number of double bonds was 3.3 for the synthesis of UPR,TDI content was 11%,PEG-400 content was 15% for the synthesis of UPPU and reactive diluents was 35%~40%,initiator was 1.0%,accelerant was 0.2%.
