摘　　要：本文介绍国外水泥添加剂标准,尤其详细介绍"ASTM C 465水泥工艺添加剂"和"ASTM C 688水泥功能添加剂"两个标准。正确理解和吸收国外标准的先进点对提高我国水泥添加剂的研发和利用水平和克服目前存在的问题非常有益。This paper introduces foreign standards of cement additions,in particular,in detail two standards ＂ASTM C 465 Standard Specifications for Processing Additions for Use in Manufacture of Hydraulic Cements ＂ and ＂ASTM C 688 Standard Specifications for Functional Additions for Use in Hydraulic Cements ＂.Understanding correctly foreign standards of cement additions and absorbing their advanced points would be very useful for improving the development and use of cement additions and overcoming the existing professional problems in China.
