摘  要:为了研究大口黑鲈Micropterus salmodies早期生长的发育规律,选用8个全同胞家系的大口黑鲈,每月从每个家系中随机选取30~40尾,对其体重和体长进行测量。运用Gompertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanffy3种非线性模型对大口黑鲈体重和体长的生长进行非线性曲线拟合分析,同时利用幂函数方法对大口黑鲈体重与体长的生长关系进行分析。结果表明:3种非线性模型均能较好的模拟大口黑鲈体重和体长的生长,而Logistic模型拟合效果更佳;进一步分析体重和体长的最佳拟合参数,发现体重和体长的拐点月龄分别为5.77月龄和4.95月龄,拐点处体重和拐点处体长分别为146.35 g、13.75 cm;幂函数方程能很好地拟合大口黑鲈体重和体长之间的关系,其方程为W=0.076L2.650(R2=0.998)。研究结果可为大口黑鲈养殖中的饲养管理和品种选育提供参考。Body weight and standard length of 30-40 individuals randomly sampled from each of 8 full-sib families of largemouth bass Micropterus salmoides were measured per month(from 1 month to 7 months) in order to understand the growth and development rules.The growth data were analyzed and fitted with three kinds of nonlinear models(Gompertz,Logistic,and Von Bertalanffy) and the power growth model was performed to find the relationship between body weight and standard length.Results showed that all the growth curves were appropriately fitted with three models,but the Logistic had the best goodness-of-fit of growth curve.Analysis of the fitting parameters of the Logistic revealed that the inflection point month of body weight and standard length were 5.77 and 4.95 respectively,and the inflection point of weight and standard length were 146.35 g and 13.75 cm,respectively.The power growth model also had a better effection on fitting the relationship between body weight and standard length W = 0.076 L2.650(R2= 0.998),which will help to know the early growth and development rules of largemouth bass and to supply guideline to feeding and selected breeding.
