神秘果提取物对糖尿病大鼠降血糖作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究神秘果提取物(MFE)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。方法采用一次性腹腔注射(ip)STZ制备糖尿病大鼠模型,分别用MFE 0.10、0.05、0.025 g/kg 3个剂量灌胃给药(ig)5周,观察大鼠一般状态、体质量、血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平的变化。结果连续服用MFE可以改善糖尿病大鼠的"三多"症状,有效改善其体质量减轻程度,明显降低血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平。结论 MFE对糖尿病大鼠有降糖作用。Objective To study the effects of the extract of miracle fruit （MFE） on blood glucose in streptozotoein-induced type Ⅱ diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rat models were established by bonus injection of streptozotoein （STZ, 55 mg/kg, ip）, and were divided into different groups, which were further ig administered for 5 weeks at the dose of MFE 0.10,0. 05,0. 025 g/kg respectively. Then changes in the total condition, body weight, fasting blood glucose, the level of glycosylated hemoglobin were observed and tested. Results MFE could improve the total condition, effectively prevent body weight loss, significantly decrease blood glucose and glycolsylated hemoglobin. Conclusion It is indicated that MFE have obvious hypoglycemic action in STZ-induced type Ⅱ diabetic rats.
