摘　　要：宫颈神经内分泌肿瘤(NTC)是一种少见类型的宫颈恶性肿瘤,除类癌外,其他病理类型的NTC侵袭性强,易早期发生盆腔淋巴结和远处转移,预后差。高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染是其主要病因。组织病理形态学联合免疫组织化学检查可提高诊断的准确性,并与其他小细胞肿瘤进行鉴别。细胞学异常亦有助于NTC的早期诊断和治疗。目前多采用手术辅以放疗和化疗相结合的综合治疗方法。Cervical neuroendocrine tumor（NTC）is a rare cervical malignancy.The prognosis of NTC except for carcinoid tumor is very poor showing an aggressive invasion,pelvic lymph node involvement,and early distant metastasis.Its molecular biology is closely related to high-risk human papilloma virus infection.Diagnosis is based on the pathologic examination combined with immunohistochemical study to be differentiated from other small cell tumors.Operation combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is recommended to be the mainstay treatment of NTC recently.
