经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症的研究进展

摘　　要：随着良性前列腺增生发病率的升高及经尿道微创技术的发展,经尿道前列腺电切术被广泛应用,历经20余年的发展,目前仍被公认为治疗良性前列腺增生的金标准。前列腺电切术带来良好效果的同时,亦出现了一些并发症,并引起临床医师的重视。如何减少该术式的并发症和患者痛苦,是临床医师及学者日益关注的课题,在此着重分析各种并发症发生的原因,并探讨并发症的防治措施。As the incidence of benign prostatic hyperplasia rises and transurethral minimally invasive technology develops,transurethral resection of prostate（TURP）has been widely used.Going through development of more than 20 years,TURP is still recognized as the best method.Although TURP brings good effects,there are also some complications causeing the clinician′s attention.How to reduce the complications of TURP and patient pain is growingly attended by clinicians and researchers.This article aims to analyze the causes of complications and investigate the preventive measures.
