摘  要:新造船舶试航过程具有诸多的特殊性,也存在很多事故隐患,其安全性不容忽视。在诸多新船试航事故中,主机失控是其中重要的隐患之一。采用FSA方法对试航过程中主机安全性进行评估,通过建立故障树(FTA),找出引发主机失控这一安全隐患的最小径集,在此基础上做出有针对性的分析,并提出相应建议,确保新造船舶航行试验安全顺利进行。There are many particularities and many safety hidden troubles during sea trial of a newly-built ship.By adopting Formal Safety Assessment(FSA) method,this thesis studies the factors that influence faults and hidden troubles of main engine debugging for newly-built ships during sea trial,establishes fault tree figure of main power plant debugging.Based on the results,according to the processes of fault tree,relevant policies and suggestions are put forward.Aiming at the new area of ships security management-security management of testing ships,a new idea has been created.Using fault tree to analyze faults and hidden troubles of main engine debugging for newly-built ships during sea trial is a scientific and effective method.It can enhance the security of newly-built ship during sea trial in the future.
