摘  要:本文研究了前曲叶片的圆弧半径,安装角和弹丸与叶片间的滑动摩擦系数等因素对抛丸器工作过程的影响。研究结果表明,这些因素无论是对抛丸器的运动学参数,或者是对弹丸作用于叶片上的正压力都有不同程度的影响;其中圆弧半径的影响较大。文中还讨论了圆弧半径和安装角的选取问题。This paper deals with the effect of some factors such as curvature radii and assembly angles of F-C (forward-curved)blades and the sliding frictional coefficients between shots and blades on working process of the throwing wheel. The results show that these factors have some effects on both kinematic parameters of the throwing wheel with F-C blades anp normal pressure acted onto the blades by shots. Among them curvature radii have greater influence on it. The problems of how to decide the curvature radius and assembly angle of F-C blades is discussed in this paper.
