摘 要:针对国产600MW超临界汽轮机热耗率普遍高于设计值,导致机组供电煤耗偏高、运行经济性达不到预期水平的问题,分析了国产600MW超临界汽轮机组热耗率现状,并以某机组试验数据为例,定量分析了各种因素偏离设计值对汽轮机热耗率的影响,认为汽缸效率偏低、轴封及门杆漏汽量大、高压加热器端差大、机组背压高、热力系统泄漏严重等是影响国产600MW超临界汽轮机组热耗率的主要原因。Aiming that the heat rate of homemade 600 MW supercritical turboset is generally higher than designed value and it causes high coal consumption and failure to reach expected economy level of operation, the paper analyzes current heat rate of 601) MW supercritical turboset and takes test data of some turboset as an example. It quantitively analyzes impact of various factors deviating from the designed value on heat rate of turboset, and it is believed that inefficiency of cylinder, large air leakage of shaft seal and valve stem, sharp temperature difference of high pressure heater, high backpressure of turboset as well as severe leakage of thermodynamic system are major factors influencing heat rate of homemade 600 MW supercritical turboset.
