摘　　要：结合工程设计实例介绍了数字化技术在常规变电站改造中的应用,根据站控层、间隔层、过程层的结构特点,重点介绍改造和重建过程中的设计方案,针对改造工程中的技术难点提出了相应的解决方案,并取得较好的实践成果。By combining examples of engineering design, the article presents appliation of digitization technology in retrofit of conventional susbstations. It emphatically introduces design scheme for retrofit and rebuilding in accordance to the structure equipped with control layer, bay layer and process layer. The corresponding resolutions for technical difficulties in the reconstruction work are put forward, and preferable results have been reached.
