摘 要:以广东华夏阳西电厂600MW超临界压力机组低负荷断油稳燃试验为例,分析低负荷稳燃的原理,指出通过尽可能降低着火热和加强着火供热,可使煤粉气流保持稳燃;通过对试验数据进行分析,得出结论:为了保证机组稳定安全运行,并满足其参与调峰的需要,该类锅炉的最低稳燃负荷以达到250MW为恰当。The paper takes test of underload stable combustion with fuel cut-off on 600 MW supercritical boiler in Huaxia Yangxi power plant in Guangdong province for instance. It analyzes principle of underload stable combustion and indicates that stable combustion of pulverized coal stream can be achieved by lowering ignition heat and increasing firing heating as far as possible; Conclusions have been drawn that the boiler load for minimum stable combustion should appropriately be 250 MW for the sake of steady and safe operation of the units and meeting the demand of peak shaving.
