摘 要:奥里油、超重质沥青、渣油等重质燃料在非高压、不加氢气条件下,在480℃炼制轻质燃料油来替代柴油。应用计算机仿真试验系统优化催化剂各配方组分,最终确定催化剂组分;确定了催化剂的添加比例;对不同重质原料进行炼制分析,绘制炼制曲线;分析了炼制过程的影响因素,主要因素是温度、时间;确立了回归方程。设计炼制工艺及设备,对提炼的轻质燃料油进行理化分析,并与柴油进行对比试验,在相同运行条件下,轻质燃料油比0#柴油多耗油0.7%。The refining of light fuel oil from Orimulsion, extra-heavy bitumen and the heavy residual fuel under the non-high pressure condition at 480℃ without hydrogen is presented. The catalyst is optimized and produced and the proportion of catalyst components, refining technology and equipment is determined with the application of computer simulation system. Several kinds of heavy fuel is refined and analyzed, and the refining curve is drawn. The factors that affect the refining process are also analyzed. The main factors are the temperature and time. Finally the regression equation is established. The refining process and equipment are designed. The refined light fuel oil is analyzed physically and chemically. Under the same operating conditions, the light fuel oil consumed 0.7% oil more than the 0# diesel fuel when comparing with the diesel fuel.
