基层医疗机构开展医务人员主动提供艾滋病检测咨询服务工作模式探讨

摘　　要：目的在基层医疗机构开展医务人员主动提供艾滋病自愿检测咨询(PITC)工作,探索其工作模式。方法采用明确组织分工,建设工作网络,开展人员培训,规范实验室操作,严格工作流程,完善信息报送,管理检测试剂等措施,探讨开展PITC的模式。结果建立了以县防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室为领导,以县疾病预防控制中心及县妇幼保健院为技术指导,以基层医疗机构为实施单位的工作网络,共建立HIV检测点5个、快速检测点25个,对免疫缺陷者、孕产妇等六类人群共26 034人开展了PITC服务,27人确认为HIV阳性。结论总结出了在基层医疗机构开展PITC的具体工作流程,初步探索出在基层医疗机构开展PITC的工作模式。Objective To explore working models of provider-initiated HIV testing and counseling （PITC） in grassroots medical institutions. Method Working models of PITC were established on a trial basis by clear responsibility division among different organizations,building working networks, personnel training, standardized laboratory operations,strict working procedures, improving information dissemination, test reagent management and others. Result A working network was established in grassroots medical institutions under the leadership of County HIV/ AIDS Prevention Office ,with technical guidance provided by the county CDC and MCH institute, and five HIV sur veillanee points and 25 rapid HIV test spots were set up to provide PITC service to immuno deficient individuals , pregnant women and women in labor and others, A total of 26 034 persons received PITC service and of them 27 were confirmed as HIV positive. Conclusion A specific working procedure of PITC at grassroots medical institutions has been set up and an appropriate working model has been explored.
