尿道镜下自制电极电灼治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察尿道镜下自制电极电灼疣体后联合静脉滴注膦甲酸钠注射液治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法对门诊确诊为尿道内尖锐湿疣的40例患者观察围术期并发症、药物不良反应,以及3个月内尖锐湿疣的治疗有效率。结果 40例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各20例,实验组采用尿道镜下自制电极电灼去除疣体后联合静脉滴注膦甲酸钠注射液7天,对照组采用多功能治疗仪电灼后,联合膦甲酸钠注射液治疗方案同实验组,两组每3周随访1次,共5次。实验组治疗有效率90.0%,高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义。实验组未观察到严重的围术期并发症、药物不良反应,无尿道狭窄。结论尿道镜下自制电极电灼去除疣体联合静脉滴注膦甲酸钠注射液治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣安全有效,复发率低。Objective To observe the efficacy of electric cauterization by self-made electrode under endoscope combined with foscarnet sodium injection in treating patients with urethral condyloma. Methods Of the 40 patients with urethral condyloma diagnosed in STD and urologic clinics, 20 （ as the experimental group ）were treated with e-lectric cauterization by self-made electrode under endoscope, and the other 20 （ as the control group） were treated with electric cauterization by multi-functional therapeutic instrument. Foscarnet sodium injection was added in the two groups for 7 days. The two groups were followed up every 3 weeks for 5 rounds. Peri-operative complications, drug adverse reactions and therapeutic efficacy within 3 months were observed. Results The therapeutic efficacy in the experimental group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than that of 60% in the control group. There was no case with severe peri-operative complications,drug adverse reactions or urethrostenosis. Conclusions Electric cauterization by self-made electrode under endoscope combined with foscarnet sodium injection is effective in treating patients with urethral condyloma with low recurrence rate.
