粪便中灵芝孢子与肝吸虫卵形态学鉴别

摘　　要：目的探讨粪便中灵芝孢子形态与肝吸虫卵形态的鉴别要点。方法将口服灵芝保健品患者粪便用0.9%氯化钠溶液涂片,在显微镜下观察灵芝孢子形态与肝吸虫卵形态,并对两者进行比较。结果粪便中灵芝孢子与肝吸虫卵形态上有很多相近之处,但两者还是有各自的特征。结论在实际工作中,粪便检查查到大量肝吸虫卵样物质时,应掌握两者的形态学特征,询问病史,结合临床,可以通过显微镜下形态学特征鉴别粪便中灵芝孢子与肝吸虫卵。Objective To investigate the discrimination of the morphorlogy between the eggs of liver fluke and the spores of Ganoderma lucidum in the patient＇s stool.Methods The stool gathered from the patient who oral-take the health product of Ganoderma lucidum was smeared with 0.9% Sodium chloride,then with the microscope,the morphorlogy between the eggs of liver fluke and the spores of Ganoderma lucidum in the patient＇s stool were seen and discriminated.Results The morphorlogy between the eggs of liver fluke and the spores of Ganoderma lucidum in the patient＇s stool has much similarity,but each has it＇s characterity respectively.Conclusion When find many eggs of liver fluke during the pratical medical working,must grasp the morphorlogy characterity of the eggs of liver fluke and the spores of Ganoderma lucidum and inquire the diseas history by combining the clinical doctor.Only the discrimination of the morphorlogy between the eggs of liver fluke and the spores of Ganoderma lucidum in the patient＇s stool we grasped,should discriminate the two similar substance by using the microscope.
