雌性布氏田鼠对雄鼠气味的辨别

摘　　要：通过雌性布氏田鼠对其配偶和陌生雄鼠气味的辨别实验，以及无交配经历的成年雄鼠对社会等级不同的陌生雄鼠气味的辨别实验发现：有生育经历的雌鼠对陌生雄鼠气味的探究行为明显多于对配偶气味的探究，但雌鼠在配偶雄鼠气味周围的停留时间、自身修饰行为和休息行为的发生频次和持续时间等都多于陌生推鼠；没有交配经历的雌鼠对处于从属地位的雄性个体气味深究行为多于对优势雄性的探究，而其他行为表现没有明显差异。表明：雌性布氏田鼠可以利用气味信号来辨别不同身份的雄性个体。有生育经历的雌性布氏田鼠更多地选择配偶气味而避开陌生雄鼠气味，这说明实验室条件下与配偶配对生活的雌鼠对配偶表现出一定的性忠诚性。无性经历的雌鼠对不同社会等级的雄鼠气味没有表现出明显的配偶选择偏好。The ability to discriminate different male scents by female Brandt's voles, Mcrotus brandti was studied. Female voles presented more social investigation on novel male odours than the spouse. In the odour choice experiment, females spent more time on self-grooming, resting, and staying in the box with spouse substrate while they avoided the odour of unfamiliar male. Virgin females sniffed and licked to the woodshavings of the subordinate more than that of the dominant male, which indicated that female Brandt's vole had the ability to discriminate individual scents, thus to discriminate different males. It suggested that female voles had sex faithful characteristics in the laboratory paired bond. Such characteristics helped the breeding females to raise their young and to increase breeding success. The preference of odour choice by virginal female gave some hints that Brandt's vole is a polygamous species.
