高黎贡山北段东坡公路迹地土壤种子库研究

摘　　要：高黎贡山北段东坡公路迹地土壤种子库的植被,采用对不同海拔段(海拔3100m、2400m、2000m)土壤种子库,进行密度丰富度和物种组成的研究的方法。结果表明:1.东坡公路迹地土壤种子库密度及丰富度均大于对照组土样,2.在海拔2000m的土壤种子库物种最多,密度最大,最适宜于植物的生长,3.随着海拔的升高,土壤种子库密度和丰富度均降低,4.土壤种子库中以草本植物占有很大的不利,其中以禾本科和菊科为主。研究东坡公路迹地土壤种子库与地上植被密度和丰富度相一致,并且都在海拔2000m的调查区域。Inorder to know the species distribution conditions of soil seed bank of highway mark the earth of Dong po Bei Gao Li Gong Mountains better.We use the soil seed bank of different height above sea level.For example,3100m,2400m and 2000m.Then we start out to research its density and richness and the composition of species.The result that,the density and richness of soil seed bank of highway mark the eaeth of Dong po are larger contrast to the sample ones.There are most species and largest density of soil seed bank of eight above sea level with 2000m,where it is fit for plants to grow the most.The density and richness of soil seed bank will fall down with the height above sea level rising.It is the worst that occupied by the grass plants in the soil seed bank,and it is main in Compositae and Graminese.Through research we can see that the soil seed bank of highway mark the earth of Dong po comes to the same with the species above the soil,and they belong to the investigation districts of 2000m height above sea level.
