摘 要:目前,我国建筑业消耗的主要建筑材料为混凝土和钢筋,存在结构材料用量大、钢筋偷工减料等问题。针对此,通过使用高强钢筋及预应力筋材料、推广连接与锚固技术、实行钢筋工厂化加工与配送来减少钢筋材料用量、降低成本、保证工程质量。《建筑业10项新技术》(2010版)之高效钢筋及预应力技术包括高强钢筋应用技术、钢筋焊接网应用技术、大直径钢筋直螺纹连接技术、后张无黏结预应力技术、后张有黏结预应力技术、索结构预应力施工技术、建筑用成型钢筋制作加工与配送、钢筋机械锚固技术等。重点介绍了其制作工艺及应用范围。At present, the building materials consumed mainly are concrete and reinforcement, and it has problems of large consumption of structural material and reinforcement jerry-build. According to this, the high strength and prestress reinforcement is used to reduce material consumption and cost and to assure engineering quality, as well as extending connection and anchorage technology, implementing reinforcement processing in factory and distribution. The efficient reinforcement and prestress technology in 2010 edition Ten New Technologies of Buildings includes application technology of high strength reinforcement, application technology of reinforcement welding net, straight thread connection technology of large diameter reinforcement, post-tensioned non-bonding prestress technology, post-tensioned bonding prestress technology, cable prestress construction technology, fabrication, processing and distribution of forming reinforcement, machine anchorage technology for reinforcement. The fabrication technology and application scope are introduced in detail.
