摘  要:目的:更全面地确定人参适宜采收年限,并了解生理指标与有效成分指标的相关性,深化人参采收理论。方法:用比色法测定总皂苷含量,用HPLC法测定单体皂苷含量。用常规方法测定折干率,淀粉、总糖、还原糖、可溶性糖、粗脂肪和可溶性蛋白含量,以及淀粉酶和蔗糖酶活性。结果:人参总皂苷的含量与折干率、各种糖类物质、蔗糖酶活力有很好的相关性。结论:人参有效成分与糖类物质关系密切,长白县栽培人参可从4年时开始采收。Objective: To identify the optimal harvest year of ginseng roots, and reveal the correlation between the physiological items and the efficiency components for improving the ginseng harvest theory. Methods:The total ginsenoside content was tested with colorimetric method, three single ginsenoside contents were tested with HPLC method, and the root dry to fresh ratio (DF) , the content of starch, total sugar, inverse sugar, soluble sugar, crud fat the activity of amylase and sucrase were tested with common methods. Results:There are a novel correlation between the ginsenosides content and the DF, the saccharide content and the activity of sucrase . Conch^ion:There is a close correlation between the ginsenoside and the saccharide, and the ginseng root can be harvested when it is cultivated four years old in the Changbai County,Jilin Province, China.
