摘　　要：目的:探讨载距突钢板螺钉固定术治疗跟骨骨折患者的围术期护理方法。方法:对21例跟骨骨折患者行载距突钢板螺钉固定术,术前做好体位及皮肤护理,术后注意观察患肢情况,指导患者进行早期功能锻炼。结果:本组住院19～31 d,平均(25.0±2.3)d。随访6～13个月,所有患者骨折均骨性愈合,优良率为90.48%,无一例并发症发生。结论:载距突钢板螺钉固定术是治疗跟骨骨折的有效方法,个体化护理是跟骨功能恢复的必要条件。Objective：To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of patients with calcaneal fracture by fixation of sustentaculum tali with plate and screw.Methods： 21 patients with calcaneal fractures were treated with fixation of sustentaculum tali with plate and screw.The preoperative body posture and skin nursing care and postoperative observation on the affected limb were carefully carried out,and the guidance on the early functional exercise was given to the patients.Results： The length of hospitalization was 19 ~ 31 days,averagely（25.0±2.3） days.All patients obtained bony union by follow-up for 6 to 13 months,the excellent rate was 90.48% and no complications occurred.Conclusion： The fixation of sustentaculum tali with plate and screw is one of effective methods in the treatment of calcaneal fractures and individualized nursing care is the necessary condition for functional recovery of the calcaneus.
