摘　　要：分析三网融合对电信运营商发展家庭宽带多媒体应用的影响,研究家庭用户需求特点,规划电信运营商的家庭宽带多媒体应用业务体系,总结家庭宽带多媒体应用的特点,并对三网融合下家庭宽带多媒体应用中的IPTV和互联网电视业务所涉及一些重要方面进行探讨。The paper analyzed the impact of tri-network integration to telecom operators in terms of home broadbrand multi-media application. It studied the characteristics of family users＇ demands, planned the relevant service system of operators, summarized the characteristics of home broadband multi-media application, and conducted further discussion in significant areas concerning IPTV and Internet TV service involved in home broadband multi-media application under the context of tri-network integration.
