摘  要:涡轮前燃气温度测量具有环境恶劣、污染严重等不利因素。高速燃气不但会给测量引入额外的速度误差,而且在高温燃气形成的强温度场作用下,光纤自身热辐射会极大地影响高温计的分辨率和精确度。针对涡轮前燃气测温的特殊条件,讨论了黑体式蓝宝石光纤高温计的几个关键技术,并分析和实验了双光纤补偿法克服强温度场影响的效果。The blackbody optical fiber sensor for high tem-perature measarement in gas turbine engines has been report-ed for a long time, but it is still difficult to use this system practically because of the harsh environment, grea vibra-tion, high temperature and high-speed fluid in gas turbine engines. Moreover, the special measure conditions bring many additional variations to the sensor such as speed-vari-ation generated by high-speed fluid, fiber’s internal thermal radiation generated by high temperature. Some critical tech-nologies of the high temperaure optical fiber thermometer are analyzed. In order to solve the problem of the intemal ther-mal radiation of sapphire optical fiber, we analyzed and test-ed the dual fiber method to minimize the influence of this vanation.
