人造毛皮提花的计算机控制技术研究

摘　　要：提花毛皮的编织控制既要根据花型数据实现对织针的选择，又要以一定的提前量在梳理头上馈进相应的毛条，在控制系统和机械装置的严密配合下才有可能织出合格的毛皮，本文根据人造毛皮提花的工作过程提出了实现提花所必须解决的若干问题，并详细介绍了实现选针器驱动、同步信号产生、喂毛控制及花型数据处理的具体方案，在此基础上叙述了应用微型计算机技术实现提花控制的基本原理及系统组成，同时给出软件设计的基本流程。The control of knitting Jacquard weave fur should not only chose the correct knitting needles according to the data of design pattern,but also feed corresponding wool top at teasing needle with certain lead. Only when the control system and the mechanical device cooperate strictly could produce qualified fur be produced.According to the working process of knitting artificial Jacquard weave fur,several problems that should be solved are put forword,and the concrete plans of driving needle selectors,producing synchronic signals,controling the quantity of feeding fur and dealing with the data of design pattern are also introduced in detail in the paper.On these footings,the microcomputer control system is introduced in detail in the paper.The flow chart of software is given at the same time.
