丝胶固着对桑蚕膨松丝及其针织绸性能的影响

摘　　要：本文对精练前后桑蚕膨松丝膨松度进行比较，发现用戊二醛固肢能提高桑蚕膨松丝的膨松度，并且从戊二醛溶液的浓度、pH值、固胶方式、黄变程度等方面来探讨最佳固胶条件。结果表明：pH值3．5、常温浸渍2小时、脱水冷堆22小时为最佳固胶条件，并用戊二醛对桑蚕膨松丝针织绸进行部分固胶，发现经部分固胶后，其针织物的服用性能得到了改善。This paper compares the bulkiness of degummed bulk silk with that of bulk silk. It has been found that sericin fixation can improve the bulkiness of bulk silk with GA solution. The best condition for the fixation is pH3. 5,with 2 hours' soaking at normal temperature,deprivation of water and then 22 hours' laying. Treated by GA solution,the knitted bulk silk fabric has been partly fixed and some of its properties become better.
