摘 要:目的:探讨血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)及血纤维蛋白原(FBG)水平与冠心病(CHD)患者冠状动脉(冠脉)病变程度之间的关系。方法:队列入选568例患者,其中经冠脉造影证实CHD患者374例(CHD组),冠脉造影正常者194例(对照组),所有患者均测量收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、FBG、空腹血糖(FBS)等指标,并进行统计学处理。结果:①与对照组相比,CHD组SBP、DBP、FBG、FBS、AIP、TG、TC和LDL-C水平较高及HDL-C水平较低(P<0.05);②单因素方差分析显示,在病变程度不同亚组间比较,AIP随病变程度加重呈升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义;多支病变亚组的FBG水平明显高于其他患者(P<0.05);③Spearman等级相关分析显示,AIP、FBG均与冠脉病变程度呈正相关(r=0.525,r=0.242,P<0.01)。结论:AIP与FBG在CHD患者中具有较高水平,为CHD的独立危险因素。Objective:To evaluate the relationship between atherogenic index of plasma(AIP) and fibrinogen(FBG) and severity of angiographic Coronary heart disease(CHD) in patients underwent coronary angiography.Method:The total of 568 consecutive patients underwent coronary angiography were selected in the study.374 patients with CHD were diagnosed by coronary angiography and 194 patients were normal coronary angiography.Systemic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP),TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,FBG and FBS were analysed in all patients.Result:(1)Compared with normal subjects,CHD group had higher level of SBP,DBP,FBG,FBS,AIP,TG,LDL-C and lower level of HDL-C(P0.01).(2)Univariate analysis showed that AIP increased with severity of coronary lesions among different groups.FBS was higher in patients with multivessel lesions compared with other groups.(3)Spearman analysis showed that AIP and FBG were positively related with severity of coronary artery lesion(r=0.525,r=0.242,P0.01).Conclusion:The increase of AIP and FBG are important independent risk factors of CHD.
