摘 要:分别在改进的无规孤立元素位移( M R E I)模型和有效声子模近似( E P M A)下,用中间耦合法研究了极性晶体三元混晶 Ax B1- x C中的磁极化子,导出了磁极化子的能级.对几种典型的ⅢⅤ,ⅡⅥ和ⅠⅧ化合物之磁极化子自陷能及迥旋质进行了数值计算.研究发现,自陷能和迥旋质量随混晶组分x 的变化是非单调的.结果同时表明,有效声子近似法适用于ⅢⅥ和ⅡⅥ化合物混晶。The magnetopolarons in ternary mixed crystals A x B 1-x C of polar crystals are studied by an intermediate coupling method in the modified random element isodisplacement (MREI) model and an effective phonon mode approximation (EPMA) are suggested.The energy levels of the magnetopolaron in ternary mixed crystal A x B 1-x C is derived.The self trapping energies and the cyclotron masses of the magnetopolarons are numerically calculated for several typical Ⅲ Ⅴ,Ⅱ Ⅵ and Ⅰ Ⅷ compounds.It is found that the self trapping energies and the cyclotron masses vary non monotonously with the composition x of ternary mixed crystals.The results also show that the EPMA method is suitable for Ⅲ Ⅴ and Ⅱ Ⅵ compound mixed crystals,but a more complicated method is necessary for Ⅰ Ⅶ compounds.
