摘  要:将克希荷夫回路电流定律应用于太阳电池负载特性测试的补偿法电路分析,得到回路电流关系式、最小电源电压及最小功耗桥路电阻的关系式.Kirchloffs voltage law is applied to analyze the compensation method circuit used in the load property measurement in solar cell. The expressions of the loop current, the minimum voltage and the bridge resistor of minimum power are deduced. All of these provide a theoretical basis for circuit design and usage of compensation method. At the same time, the measuring circuit that combines optimally direct method and compensation method together has been designed. The sample tables with constant temperature in different temperatures are developed. The all round and normative measurement of solar cells is realized.
