摘　　要：研究了频率精密测量的同步技术，给出了同步测量电路，对计数时间Ｔｓ 和基准频率信号ｆｓ 的要求进行了分析．The synchronous technology of frequency measurement is studied. The synchronous measurement circuits are presented. The requirement for timing T s and reference frequency f s are analyzed. The principle of time calibrating with GPS and double microcomputes constructions of multi payment watthour meter prooftester are introduced.
