摘　　要：脑瘫是一种新生儿及婴儿期出现的非进行性神经系统疾病,预防脑瘫是妇产科的紧迫临床问题。近年来,5个临床随机对照研究中的3个试验显示,孕妇使用硫酸镁能减少早产儿脑瘫的危险性,另外2个试验则未肯定硫酸镁对早产儿脑瘫的保护作用。尽管硫酸镁预防婴儿脑瘫的阳性试验令人振奋,但仍有学者对硫酸镁的安全及研究结果的可靠性存有质疑。Cerebral palsy is a chronic disorder of nervous system,arising in early life and is not the result of a progressive disorder.Prevention of cerebral palsy in preterm infants has been a pressing clinical question for some time.In recent years,3 large,randomized,placebo-controlled trials of antenatal magnesium sulfate（MgSO4） for fetal neuroprotection have been reported,but 2 trials failed to confirm the results.Although positive results of MgSO4 for CP prevention are exciting,there are still a controversy on the study results and MgSO4 safety.
