摘  要:目的通过头颅MRI测量2岁以内正常小儿部分颅脑结构的数值,提高对小儿颅脑结构的认识。方法 545例0~2岁正常小儿的头颅MRI资料,按月龄分7组;分别测量头颅前后径、左右径,大脑半球长度、宽度、高度,胼胝体前后径和膝部、体部、压部厚度,小脑上下径、前后径及左右径,桥脑前后径、上下径、左右径,延髓上段前后径、左右径。结果测量值经统计学处理取平均值和标准差,具体数据见正文表格。结论测定2岁以内小儿颅脑结构正常数值,丰富和完善影像解剖学数据,为小儿脑发育的评估提供有意义的参考价值。Objective To improve the knowledge of children brain structure by measure part of brain structure in normal children within 2 years old. Methods 545 cases of MRI data about 0-2 years old in normal children were divided into 7 groups. Measure the anteroposterior diameter of cerebrum, left-right diameter, the length, the width, the height of cerebral hemisphere, the anteroposterior diameter, the thickness of genu, trunk, splenium of corpus callosum, the height, the anteroposterior diameter, the left-right diameter of cerebellum and pons, the anteroposterior diameter, left-right diameter of upper medulla separately. Result Measured data acquired were got average and standard deviation by statistics. Concrete data were showed in fellow table. Conclusion Measure the children brain below 2 years old can enrich and complete anatomy data of image and provide reference when we evaluate the children growth and development.
