摘  要:以小麦发芽试验作生物检测手段,对比研究了氨基酸螯合铁(AA-Fe)与FeSO4、EDTA-Fe对小麦发芽影响,测定小麦的发芽率、根长和发芽指数,进行相关分析并建立模型。结果表明,除浓度为250 mgL-1的处理,FeSO4在同浓度下对小麦发芽率的抑制均强于其他两种铁盐;AA-Fe浓度为0~50 mgL-1时对小麦发芽有促进作用,浓度达到250 mgL-1时其抑制率突发提高;在设定浓度范围内,EDTA-Fe对小麦发芽率的抑制不显著。FeSO4在浓度为10mgL-1时对根伸长有促进作用,其它处理均对小麦根伸长有抑制作用,AA-Fe的抑制最明显,在各浓度梯度,抑制率均高于其他处理。铁盐浓度与发芽指数的相关性强,两者建立曲线回归方程,得到FeSO4,EDTA-Fe和AA-Fe的模型分别为lnY=ln(99.6378)-0.0162,Y=97.16-42.2889lgx+8.588(lgx)2,Y=99.46-40.47 lgx;模型趋势图显示:AA-Fe对小麦发芽的抑制性最强,FeSO4次之,EDTA-Fe的最小,表明AA-Fe的生物活性最强。The effects on seed germination of AA-Fe,FeSO4 and EDTA-Fe was studied,by the bioassay methods of wheat germination text,determining the germination rate、root length and germination index,conducting correlativity analyses and building models.The results showed that,except the arrangement at 250 mg L-1,FeSO4 had greater inhibition effects on wheat germination rate than the two others at the same concentration;while AA-Fe could promote seed germination at 0-50 mg L-1,but when the concentration becomed higher to 250 mg L-1,the inhibition effect of AA-Fe promted greatly;EDTA-Fe had no obvious inhibition effects on wheat germination rate at the concentration set up in the experiment.At 10 mg L-1,FeSO4 promoted the length of wheat root,but others had inhibition effects on it.The inhibition effects of AA-Fe was the most obvious,which was greater than the others at all the various concentration.Ferrous salt concentration had great positive correlation with germination index,after building curve regression model between them,the models of FeSO4,EDTA-Fe,AA-Fe could be obtained-lnY=ln(99.6378)-0.0162,Y=97.16-42.2889lgx+8.5880(lgx)2 and Y=99.46-40.47 lgx.The model figure showed that the inhibition rate was AA-Fe FeSO4 EDTA-Fe,indicating that the biological activity of AA-Fe was greater than the others.
