隆乳术后并发感染的病因分析及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨隆乳术后并发感染的病因、护理方法及预防措施。方法对比分析整形外科收治的16例利用不同方法隆乳术后并发感染的临床表现及相应的护理方法,总结隆乳术后并发感染的病因,采取有效预防措施。结果 16例术后感染控制均佳,无残余感染,细菌培养仅有4例阳性,阳性率25.0%,检出的细菌分别为乳酸杆菌、藤黄微球菌及大肠埃希菌,随访6个月~2年感染无复发;术后6个月部分患者要求行患侧假体隆乳术,再次隆乳术后无感染等并发症。结论隆乳术后并发感染根据部位及性质,配合医师采取及时的手术治疗,术后给予相应的护理,可有效控制感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To discuss the causes,nursing methods and preventive measures for concurrent infection after the augmentation mammaplasty.METHODS The clinical characteristics and nursing methods of 16 infective cases after augmentation mammaplasty were analyzed comparatively,the causes of these cases were summarized,and the effective preventive methods were used.RESULTS The curing periods of time of all the cases were shortened obviously,and no case was recurred.Of the 16 cases,4 cases were cultured positively with the positive rate of 25.0%,the detected bacteria were Lactobacillus,Micrococcus luteus and Escherichia coli.CONCLUSION According to the positions and the characteristics of the infection after the augmentation mammaplasty and under the assistance of the doctor′s surgery for the treatment,the corresponding nursing methods should be taken after the operation,which can effectively control the occurrence of infection.
