摘  要:目的探讨全髋关节置换术后发生感染的治疗方法。方法 32例全髋关节置换术后感染患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各16例;观察组采用万古霉素骨水泥治疗,对照组采用单纯万古霉素治疗;比较两种方法治疗髋关节术后感染的总有效率,开始进行功能锻炼的时间以及住院时间。结果观察组开始进行功能锻炼的时间和住院时间分别为(14±1.6)d和(15±2.3)d短于对照组的(20±2.4)d和(21±1.8)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的有效率为93.80%,明显高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论万古霉素骨水泥可以有效地治疗假体周围感染,改善患肢关节功能,减少住院时间,提高治疗效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the total hip arthroplasty infection treatment.METHODS A total of 32 cases of infection after total hip replacement patients,according to random number table,16 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group of 16 cases.Observation group treated with vancomycin bone cement in the control group treated with vancomycin alone.Comparison of two methods of infection after treatment of total hip efficient,functional exercise start time and hospital time.RESULTS Observation group was started functional exercise time and hospital stay were(14±1.6) days and(15±2.3) days shorter than the control group(20±2.4) days and(21±1.8) days,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);The effective rate in observation group(93.8%) was significantly higher than that of control group(81.25%),the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Vancomycin bone cement can be effective in treating the periprosthetic infection,improving the limb joint function and therapeutic effect and reducing the hospitalization time.
