摘  要:目的探讨化学发光法检测乙型肝炎病毒标志物的应用价值。方法将158例乙型肝炎患者的血清标本分别用雅培i2000化学发光分析仪与ELISA法对病毒五项标志物进行检测。结果 158例用化学发光法与ELISA法检测HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-Hbe和抗-HBc符合率分别为91.13%、96.83%、87.97%、97.46%和96.20%;乙型肝炎阳性率分别为6.70%和6.11%;用化学发光法检出HBsAg、抗-HBs和HBeAg、抗-Hbe同时阳性者各1例。结论化学发光法检测乙肝标志物较ELISA法更准确,可更有效地提供临床对乙型肝炎的治疗。OBJECTIVE To explore the application of i2000 electro-chemiluminescence′s immunoassay(ECLIA) in detection of hepatitis B virus.METHODS The serum samples of 158 patients were respectively detected for the 5 markers with ECLIA and ELISA.RESULTS Of 158 cases of patients,the coincidence rates of HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb were 91.13%,96.83%,87.97%,97.46% and 96.20% respectively.The positive rates of hepatitis B were 6.70% and 6.11%,respectively.One case with HBsAg,anti-HBs and HBeAg,anti-Hbe positve were detected out by using ECLIA.CONCLUSION ECLIA is more accurate than ELISA in detection of HBV markers and is more effective to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of hepatitis B.
