三步针刺法治疗肩周炎患者39例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较三步针刺法与普通针刺法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将78例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组(三步针刺法)与对照组(普通针刺法)各39例。两组均连续治疗6天为1个疗程,4个疗程后比较疗效,并比较两组患者肩关节活动相关性疼痛、压痛及肩关节活动功能积分的变化。结果治疗组总有效率94.74%,对照组总有效率85.71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后肩关节活动相关性疼痛、压痛、肩关节活动功能的积分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组对以上指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三步针刺法治疗肩周炎在即刻止痛和改善关节活动度方面都优于普通针刺法。Objective To compare the effect of the three-step acupuncture method and the ordinary acupuncture method on periarthritis of shoulder.Methods Seventy-eight cases were randomized into a treatment（three-step acupuncture）group and a control（ordinary acupuncture）group with 39 in each.Both groups were treated 6 days as one course and the effect was evaluated after 4 courses of treatment with the comparison of the shoulder joint movement related pain,tender spots,and the changes in the shoulder joint movement in the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 94.74% in the treatment group which was better than 85.71% in the control group with significant difference between（P0.05）.After treatment,the shoulder joint movement related pain,tender spots,and the scores of the shoulder joint movement in both groups were all significantly improved（P0.05 or P0.01）,and the improvement in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The three-step acupuncture method was superior to the ordinary acupuncture method in the effect for periarthritis of shoulder in quick effect of stopping pain and improvement of joint movement.
